Compact CNC external thread grinding for precision components.
The TP-715 is a CNC external (OD) thread grinding machine engineered for precision thread production on components up to approximately 4.2 in (107 mm) in grinding diameter. With a fixed wheel dresser, bi-directional dressing speeds up to approximately 6,250 rpm, and rapid axis traverse of approximately 295 IPM on both the Z and X axes, the TP-715 is built for manufacturers who need consistent, high-accuracy thread profiles run after run.
