Veltrix Completes Its Four-Family Machine Portfolio with THREADPRO

Veltrix Machining has completed the four-family machine portfolio it set out to build: GRINDCORE for universal cylindrical grinding, TOOLFORGE for CNC tool and cutter production, MICROCENTER for 5-axis precision machining, and now THREADPRO for CNC thread grinding.

The addition of THREADPRO closes a gap that had customers sourcing thread grinding from a separate supplier even when every other operation ran on Veltrix equipment. THREADPRO's external and internal thread grinding models, the TP-715, TP-760, and TP-690N, cover fastener production, precision transmission components, and the critical thread geometries that aerospace and medical work depend on.

"A shop running GRINDCORE for OD/ID grinding and MICROCENTER for multi-axis work was still sending threaded components out the door for finishing," said a Veltrix applications engineer. "THREADPRO means that work can stay on the floor, on Veltrix machines, start to finish."

All thirteen current models across the four families share the same engineering philosophy: thermally stable, mineral-cast or linear-motor architectures paired with control systems built for repeatable, unattended precision. Full specifications for every model are available on each product's page.
