VELTRIX MICROCENTER MC-940

The MC-940 is a multi-process machining center with 6- to 9-axis linear motors combining milling and turning, engineered to machine complex geometries from bar stock or part-to-part. Its back working turret features a vice, tailstock, and swivel counter-spindle, enabling 5-axis milling or turning operations on finished turned parts. High dynamics and thermal stability make the MC-940 a highly productive solution for manufacturing high value-added components requiring precision and excellent surface quality.

Typical applications include watch mid-sections, bridges, bezels and date components in brass and steel, aluminum and steel connectors, gyroscope housings, turbine blades, titanium bone screws and expandable cages, and orthopedic plates in medical-grade steel.
